Social Media Co-Ordinator

Handle Recruitment are working with our client, one of the UK's most iconic design brands and media companies, to appoint a Social Media Co Ordinator on a six-month contract (with the potential to extend).

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and strategic social media professional to take ownership of multi-platform content, grow highly engaged communities, and showcase distinctive visual storytelling in the design and interiors space.

£130 Day Rate
6-month freelance contract with potential to extend. - Inside IR35
Based in our client's Central London office.
5 days a week in office.
Immediate Start

• Manage day-to-day publishing and performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Threads.
• Create and deliver standout content including Reels, TikToks, carousels, captions, and cross-platform stories.
• Maintain a consistent editorial voice and tone, reflective of the brand's unique identity.
• Identify trends and cultural moments, developing timely and brand-aligned content ideas.
• Analyse performance, track KPIs, and present monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support light community management, engaging with followers and fostering conversations.

• Proven experience managing and growing social channels for a media, design, lifestyle, or luxury brand.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, with a sharp eye for visual storytelling.
• Culturally aware, creatively curious, and plugged into design and interiors trends.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, editorial-quality captions and hooks.
• Confident interpreting analytics to inform strategy and adapt content.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• An appreciation for interior design and architecture (and knowledge of key tastemakers) is highly desirable.
