Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in East Yorkshire to recruit a Social Media Officer on a 6-month contract. The role can offer flexible hybrid working.

Main duties of the job:

• Developing, planning, and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms including X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Monitoring social media channels daily, responding to enquiries and identifying opportunities to join relevant conversations
• Supporting campaigns and announcements with tailored, audience-focused content
• Working with internal teams to translate complex policy or project information into easy-to-understand updates
• Tracking performance metrics and using analytics to inform future content and engagement strategies
• Supporting live coverage of events, launches, and press briefings as needed
• Staying up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep HEYCA content relevant and engaging
