Social Work Assistant - Grade 6 Per Scp 14

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Assistant to support children in care and their families on behalf of a client in Durham.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise family time between children and family members

Support admin tasks such as completing Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaires and updating dental records

Assist with life story work to help children understand their personal journey

Requirements:

Experience working directly with children

Strong communication and organisational skills

A caring and professional approach

Driving Licence.

Expected Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Contract: 3-6 months
Rate of pay: £14-£19 per hour
