Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Social Worker to join a busy and supportive team in Woking, Surrey. You'll work with adults experiencing complex mental health needs, carrying out assessments, care planning, and coordinating with health professionals to ensure effective interventions and support.

• Social Work England registration

• Experience in adult mental health, AMHP qualification desirable

• Strong assessment, safeguarding, and care coordination skills
