About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic Mental Health Team in Bromley. You will be working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, providing support, assessments, and interventions to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans.
• Providing support and interventions to individuals with mental health needs.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Completed ASYE / 3 years PQE
