Your new role
In this role, you'll be supporting adults with a wide range of care and support needs, helping them to live safely and independently in their communities. You'll carry out strengths-based assessments, develop personalised care plans, and work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes. Whether you're responding to safeguarding concerns or coordinating long-term support, your work will be varied and meaningful. You'll be part of a local team that values reflective practice, peer support, and continuous learning.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England, and bring with you a passion for adult social work. Experience in a statutory or community setting will help you hit the ground running as you will need to be confident managing a caseload, navigating complex situations, and advocating for the rights of vulnerable adults. A driving licence is helpful, though not essential, as we support flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
