? Office-Based – Minimum 3 Days per Week
BCP Council’s Children in Care Team is seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Social Worker to join a high-performing service that is committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people in care.
?? About the Role: The ideal candidate will bring compassion, resilience, and a strong track record in supporting children in the care system. You will carry a manageable caseload, receive monthly supervision, and be part of a team with high morale within a ‘Good’-rated local authority.
?? Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience within a statutory English Local Authority, as per DfE requirements for Level 3 roles.
• Confident in completing high-quality assessments and care planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Must be able to commit to 3 days per week in the office (BCP area).
• Essential car user – access to own car required.
