Join Biggleswade CMHT, a multi-disciplinary team providing person-centred interventions to individuals experiencing mental ill-health across North East Central Bedfordshire, including Biggleswade, Sandy, Potton, Shefford, Arlesey, and surrounding villages. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Managing a caseload of service users with complex mental health and social care needs.
? Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering recovery-focused interventions.
? Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, social services, and third-sector organizations.
? Providing safeguarding support, risk assessments, and crisis management.
? Advocating for service users and supporting their access to appropriate resources.
? Attending CPA meetings, safeguarding meetings, and multidisciplinary discussions.
? Receiving dedicated supervision and career development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid Social Work England registration.
? Experience working within community mental health teams.
? Strong risk assessment, safeguarding, and care planning skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a part-time role offering flexibility and a strong work-life balance. The contract is ongoing, with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
