Role overview:
We’re working with an Early Intervention Community Mental Health Team in Central London seeking a dedicated Mental Health Social Worker. You’ll play a key role in providing timely interventions and person-centred care to individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis.

Key duties:

• Manage a caseload of service users under CPA

• Complete risk assessments and care plans

• Safeguarding and Mental Health Act responsibilities

• Liaise with families, housing teams, and partner agencies

• Support recovery-focused discharge planning

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration

• Experience in a CMHT or Early Intervention team

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and the Mental Health Act

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
