Social Worker - Fostering

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Fostering Recruitment Social Worker to join the Fostering Team in Sutton. This role focuses on the recruitment, assessment, and approval of prospective foster carers to ensure safe and supportive placements for children.

• Lead on recruitment campaigns and initial enquiries from potential foster carers.

• Complete assessments (Form F) and present to fostering panels.

• Deliver training and support to applicants throughout the process.

• Work collaboratively with placement and support teams to match carers with children.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with fostering regulations and safeguarding standards.

• Social Work England registration

• Experience in fostering or children's social care

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Enhanced DBS
