What you will do:

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and families referred to the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to gather relevant information and provide informed safeguarding decisions.
• Develop intervention plans that address identified needs and monitor their effectiveness.
• Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all casework in line with statutory guidelines.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and case discussions to facilitate integrated working practices.
• Provide advice and support to families and professionals on safeguarding issues and protocols.
