As a Children's Social Worker, you will:
?? Manage a diverse caseload, including children looked after & children in care
?? Undertake direct work with children (sometimes out of area) & complete high-quality assessments ??
?? Make complex safeguarding decisions, identifying levels of risk and ensuring the safety & welfare of children ???????????
?? Use innovative social work interventions to improve outcomes & empower families ??
?? Build and maintain strong professional relationships with children, families & partner agencies ??

? Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
? Experience in Assessment, Safeguarding, Court Work & Case Management
? Strong decision-making, problem-solving & engagement skills
? Passion for making a real difference in children's lives ??
