Sociology Teacher

An ambitious and forward-thinking secondary school in Barking is seeking a dedicated and passionate Sociology Teacher to join their successful Social Sciences department from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach both GCSE and A-Level Sociology in a supportive and well-resourced environment. This role is suitable for ECTs.

About the Role:

• Full-time Sociology teaching across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
• Assess and track student progress, providing clear feedback
• Contribute to the continued development of the Social Sciences faculty
• Inspire students to achieve academic success and develop critical thinking
