Java Developer III - Solution Engineer

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solution Engineer (Java Developer III) to work within a cross-functional team. The role involves technical leadership, collaboration with various departments, and the development of solutions that enhance integration capabilities.

• Lead technical discussions with potential partners to evaluate and determine integration feasibility.

• Conduct integration audits and recommend improvements to enhance platform functionality.

• Architect and develop web, software, and mobile applications, prototypes, and sample code.

• Act as a consultant to partners, conducting hands-on coding workshops and training sessions.

• Generate technical documentation, including tutorials, FAQs, and implementation guidance.

• Analyze issues reported by partners and provide feedback to the product management team.

• Facilitate regular engagement with partners to assess ongoing improvements, bug fixes, and integration challenges.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Experience: Minimum of five years in software/web/mobile application development.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, PHP, Node.js, Python, and Ruby on Rails.

• API and Web Services: Experience with REST, GraphQL, and authentication standards.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.

• Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
