My client are seeking a highly skilled Software Support and Integration Specialist to join their dynamic IT team.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of software applications and systems integration while providing top-tier support to our internal teams and external clients.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail, a solid technical background, and excellent communication skills.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in software support, integration.
• Proven experience with integration tools and methodologies, such as APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various software applications, including database management systems, CRM software, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
• Experience in working with Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.
