Solution Architect - Governance, Risk and Compliance - 6 Months Contract - Inside IR35 - Midlands Office

My large UK based client is looking for a Solution Architect with knowledge and experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tooling and Model Risk Management to assist in their Integration Portfolio.

This position is integral to my client's journey of consolidating their GRC platforms and this role will be an enabler for this transformational work.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

• Create end-to-end solutions and be accountable for ensuring that any solution meets business and technical requirements and performs to the required standard.
• Work with programme portfolio team, business analysts, product owners/managers and business area stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of requirements and the key drivers behind them.
• Skill in performing analysis to highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for each tool and documenting this in a consumable way to a variety of stakeholders.
• Work with application development and service delivery teams, to formulate a solution that meets with Architecture policy and can be delivered in the required timescales.

Technical skills required to be successful in this role:

• Previous experience of working as a Solution Architect
• Experience of GRC tooling - Archer/Resolver/ServiceNow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in stakeholder management
• Excellent knowledge of integration and interoperability and how these GRC tools integrate with other systems
• Strong background in creating architectural artefacts
