Solution Architect - S/4 HANA Finance and Ariba

Join our team at Reed Professional Services, a leading Management Consultancy and technology services company. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to work on a significant transformation project within a FTSE 100 company. This role is crucial for the design and implementation of a new S/4HANA ERP Technical Architecture and Business Capabilities.

• Lead the identification, design, and definition of interfaces to/from the ERP application landscape to a new S/4HANA ERP Technical Architecture.
• Work closely with stakeholders and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and configuration of S/4HANA Finance and Ariba systems.
• Manage technical aspects of the ERP transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on the design of systems architectures, ensuring optimal integration and functionality.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support.

• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of Information Technologies, especially S/4HANA Finance and Ariba.
• Proven experience in technical architecture roles across all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Strong ability to manage large and varied workloads, prioritise effectively, and multitask.
• Demonstrable experience with systems integration methods and technologies.
• Track record of designing and delivering large scale, complex integrated IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical designs to both business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in complex analysis, consulting, and providing technical recommendations.
• Knowledge of enterprise-wide systems architectures and experience in planning, designing, and implementing complex systems architectures.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile delivery methodologies.
