Location: Birmingham - Hybrid flexibility (Applicant must live in a commutable distance for Birmingham)

Days: 2 Days per Week (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Rate: £850/day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 Month (View to extend)

A leading London Market insurance client is embarking on a greenfield Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation, transitioning from Oracle Fusion to a consolidated Workday platform. They are seeking a strong, senior-level Solution Architect to represent their internal interests and drive success throughout this critical programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the client's representative on the Workday HCM transformation project.
• Partner closely with the incoming implementation partner while maintaining clear alignment with internal business goals.
• Lead technical architecture, integration strategy, and system design across the Workday HCM programme.
• Ensure platform consolidation adheres to governance standards and long-term strategic objectives.
• Collaborate across business functions to ensure the solution meets broader organisational needs-not just those of the implementation partner.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering Workday HCM transformations, ideally from greenfield.
• A strong and influential communicator able to advocate for business priorities and challenge constructively.
• Robust architectural background in HCM systems; TOGAF or similar certification desirable.
