Solutions Architect

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support the rollout of an EPOS solution across Eastern Europe. This is a key contract role offering up to £600/day (Inside IR35) and requiring 1-2 days per week onsite at the client's office in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight for the delivery of EPOS or other in-store technology solutions.

• Coordinate and guide multiple Solution Architects and delivery teams.

• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across technology and business functions.

• Ensure alignment across programmes, teams, and external vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Programme Solutions Architect role, ideally within retail or in-store technology environments.

• Hands-on experience delivering or overseeing EPOS rollouts.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced programmes.
