Sonographer

Cromwell Medical is urgently sourcing Band 7 Sonographers to join our NHS clients. This is a locum opportunity with core hours required Monday to Friday, with additional weekend work available.

Role Details:

• Band: 7

• Hours: 37.5 hours/week | Mon-Fri | Weekend shifts available

• Start Date: ASAP

• Perform a wide range of obstetric ultrasound scans including dating, anomaly, and growth scans

• Produce high-quality images and accurate clinical reports

• Communicate findings effectively with patients and clinical teams

• Maintain up-to-date patient records in line with department protocols

• Ensure compliance with infection control and clinical governance standards

• HCPC registration

• Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound

• Proven NHS experience as a Band 7 Sonographer

• Expertise in obstetric scanning (gynae experience is a bonus)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
