Sous Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a prestigious golf club in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to high-quality culinary offerings.

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the designated section.
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in the kitchen.
• Manage and train junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
