Job Description - South Gloucestershire Council - Estate Surveyor

Hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office minimum

Experience working with a local authority and knowledge of processes - able to hit the ground running
Qualified MRICS or equivalent - knowledgeable about Property management, L&T, valuation and general all round property experience.
Can be relied on to take cases forward acting independently and proactively to achieve objectives
Good negotiator
Team player
Ideally familiar with the area
