What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in child protection, safeguarding, or early help.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
A strong understanding of child development, attachment theory, and the impact of parental risk factors on unborn children.
Proven ability to undertake comprehensive pre-birth assessments, identify risk and protective factors, and formulate robust plans to safeguard infants from birth.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively with expectant parents and multi-agency partners.
