Spanish Credit Controller (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Remote or hybrid - 1 day per week in the office if local to Cambridge.
Salary: c£35,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week, flexible start/finish times)
Contract: Fixed Term until the end of 2025
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a skilled Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Clerk fluent in Spanish and English? I've got a fabulous fixed term contract for you!

As a Spanish Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving queries. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service while meeting deadlines and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing outstanding payments and managing aged debt
• Resolving customer disputes and queries promptly
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (essential)
• Solid background in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent IT skills preferably including MS Excel and SAP
