Are you a passionate, compassionate, and dedicated teacher with experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for a Special Education Needs Teacher to join an SEN School in the beautiful region of Cumbria.

Role: Special Education Needs Teacher (Primary)

Location: Cumbria Salary: from £162.31 - £223.63 per day

About the Role:
As a Special Education Needs Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who require additional support to thrive in their learning journey. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) for children with SEN.
* Providing tailored support to children with a variety of learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and more.
* Working alongside teaching assistants, parents, and external agencies to support students' progress.
* Fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
* Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
What We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families.
* A caring, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
* A passion for making learning accessible and engaging for all students.
