Your New Role
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and staff to provide tailored support. This temporary role has the potential to become permanent based on fit and performance. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, making a significant impact on students' lives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful, you will need:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in special educational needs
• A compassionate and patient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
• A DBS on the update service, or be willing to receive one though Hays (No upfront cost)
