About the Role:

A Secondary SEMH School in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. The school caters to students aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, providing a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with colleagues and external professionals.
Support and manage students' behaviour effectively.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching secondary-aged students with SEMH.
Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
