Tradewind is proud to be partnering with an Outstanding Primary SEMH school in Hillingdon, West London, in search of a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their nurturing and forward-thinking team from September 2025.

Location: Hillingdon, West London
Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 (Outer London) - Full Time
Start Date: September 2025

As an SEN Teacher, you'll deliver creative and personalised lessons to primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll work within a close-knit, supportive team focused on helping each child thrive academically and emotionally.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

• Experience teaching in SEMH or similar specialist settings

• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective differentiation strategies

• Confident behaviour management and emotional regulation techniques

• Ability to build trust and strong relationships with pupils and colleagues

• Creative, consistent, and compassionate approach to teaching

• Full-time availability from September 2025
