• Job Title: Specialist Homecare Pharmacist 

• Location: West Midlands (Remote options available)

• Duration: Ongoing contract

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: Ongoing

• Rate of Pay: £30-40 per hour DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Specialist Homecare Pharmacist, you'll play a crucial role in a forward-thinking private service, delivering expert clinical care with a patient-first approach. You will:

• Carry out detailed patient assessments and medication reviews

• Develop and implement tailored homecare treatment plans

• Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines

• Liaise closely with prescribers, clinicians, and homecare providers

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
  
  

What You'll Need:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist

• Proven experience in a pharmacy homecare setting

• Confidence in clinical decision-making and patient liaison

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Passion for delivering top-quality care in a non-hospital setting
  
  

Working Hours & Contract Details:

Enjoy a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm schedule with the comfort of homeworking flexibility. This is an ongoing contract with a real chance for long-term engagement and stability.
