Provide individualized academic and well-being support; assist with time management and stress reduction; build student confidence; maintain student records; conduct in-person and online sessions; collaborate with the Randstad team.

Registered with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA; experience supporting students with mental health needs; exceptional communication and organizational skills; commitment to student well-being; Bachelor's degree (advantage).

£28 per hour + £3.38 accrued holiday pay; accrued holiday pay; online timesheet system; weekly payments; CPD opportunities; supportive work environment; flexible hybrid work arrangement.
