Specialist Provision Officer Alternative Provision

We are recruiting for a Specialist Provision Officer working for a local authority

6 Month Interim Contract Hybrid working (2 days per week in office - Ipswich) £22 per hour | Full-time (37 hrs)

An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Inclusion Service as a Specialist Provision Officer, supporting the commissioning and delivery of high-quality education provision for children and young people with SEND.

Daily responsibilities:

• Support the management of contracts with specialist education providers

• Monitor provider performance, quality, and financial viability

• Help procure services, draft agreements, and ensure value for money

• Analyse data to inform service planning and improvement

• Build relationships with providers, schools, and key partners

About You:

? Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience

?Knowledge of SEND and alternative provision

?Strong organisational and data skills

?Experience of partnership working
