?? Pay: £18.00+holiday pay = £20.17ph or £21.50 umbrella

?? Hours: 35 per week - Rota includes early (07:45-15:45), late (12:00-20:00), and long (07:45-20:15) shifts

?? Contract: Temporary cover until Mid-August 2025

?? Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, Rota basis

?? DBS: Enhanced required

Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for a Specialist Support Worker (female only) to join a 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham. The service supports 15-18 women with interconnecting needs, helping them to recover, stabilise and transition to long-term accommodation through a trauma-informed, gender-responsive model.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalised support to women facing multiple disadvantages.
• Use a strength-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to all interactions.
• Coordinate holistic support plans, advocating for access to mental health, recovery, and healthcare services.
• Lead and support a diverse programme of activities that promote recovery and personal development.
• Facilitate smooth transitions to longer-term housing solutions.
• Contribute to multi-agency planning, safeguarding, and best practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety and housing quality standards.
• Accurately record all data to support accountability and service delivery goals.
• Co-produce activities and recovery-focused group sessions with residents.

?? What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience working one-to-one with women experiencing homelessness and complex needs.
• Strong understanding of the root causes of homelessness, including gender-based violence, trauma, and interconnecting needs.
• Knowledge of housing law, safeguarding protocols, and pathways for accessing support services.
• Proven ability to work within multi-agency frameworks, supporting tenancy sustainment and system navigation.
• Experience managing compliance in a supported housing environment.
• Skilled in co-production and client-led service design.
• Confident in delivering psychologically informed, person-centred casework.
