Sports Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Assistant for a full-time position at a vibrant and diverse secondary school in Peterborough. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sports and physical education, looking to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30
• Term time only

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and putting away sports equipment
• Washing and maintaining sports kits
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Receiving and managing equipment deliveries
• Distributing equipment to students
• Occasionally supporting in PE lessons

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of sports equipment and setup
• Availability for full-time work immediately
• Enhanced DBS on the update service is desirable (we can process a new one if necessary)
