The Role:
Job Title: Staffing Assistant
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: London – Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:

• Updating case details on internal staffing system
• Assisting the Staffing team with their summer intern program
• Support the staffing team with the weekly assigning of internal proposals and business development
• Organise and facilitate internal updates and meetings for 'staff movements'
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing profiles
• Create data reports to present to internal teams

What is the company looking for?

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
• Previous experience handling data
• Clear, confident communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Self-motivated and eager to be part of a collaborative team
• Exceptional attention to detail
