Static Fabric Technician – Kensington & Chelsea – 40K

I am currently representing a leading building services and construction specialist company who have a exciting new opportunity for a Fabric Technician to work on a static site in Kensington & Chelsea.

You will be providing day to day reactive works by providing a comprehensive range of fabric services helping ensure the business delivers their contract efficiently.

Duties on site:

Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
Minor plumbing and carpentry
Clearing or cleaning general areas
Shifting furniture or equipment
Assembling furniture or equipment
Painting and decorating
Changing filters on air conditioning systems
Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
Plant & BMS status checks
Hosting & escorting sub contractors

The ideal candidate would have:

Minimum City and guilds across various disciplines such as carpentry/joinery, painting and decorating, plumbing or equivalent
Minimum of industry experience of 2 years +
Experience of managing fabric repairs within a commercial setting.
