We are working exclusively with our client to deliver a major international project — the design and construction of a large aircraft maintenance facility in Bangalore.

We’re now looking for an experienced Structural Steel Erection Manager to oversee the steel erection phase of this complex build. The project involves large-scale structural steel, long-span heavy lift operations, and fast-track timelines. Your expertise will be crucial in leading site teams, crane operations, and ensuring all steel erection works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the erection of large structural steel components for the aircraft facility

• Planning lifts, coordinating crane operations and heavy lift activities

• Managing erection crews, subcontractors, and site logistics

• Overseeing safety procedures, inspections, and quality control on-site

• Troubleshooting technical challenges, and providing leadership to the site team

• Liaising closely with the Project Manager, Engineers, and Safety teams to keep the build on track

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in structural steel erection projects

• Experience in long-span, heavy lift structures is highly desirable

• Previous international or expat project experience is a bonus

• Proven leadership of site teams and subcontractors

• Health & Safety conscious, with strong risk management experience

• Able to mobilise quickly — interviews and shortlist happening fast
