Job Description - Stock Condition Surveyor

I am looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a Housing Association in Birmingham. The Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for a set location ensuring that all Stock data is accurately maintained. This is a short term interim position.

Stock Condition Surveyor duties:

Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components
Recording all information and data obtained from the survey
Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures

What is required for the role:

Social Housing experience
Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor
Relevant qualifications
