Working hours: 6am - 2:45pm Monday - Thursdays and 6am - 12pm Fridays

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Controller/FLT Driver to join our client's team in Winsford. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. If you have a passion for organisation and a knack for operating a counterbalance FLT, we want to hear from you!

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring inventory is managed efficiently and that stock is safely put away, picked and moved. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate records.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
• Putting away and picking: Putting away stock and assisting the warehouse supervisor with picking stock.
• Goods in: Assist in the unloading of incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for delivery.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with warehouse staff to maintain a smooth workflow.

We are searching for individuals who are:

• Experienced: Previous experience in stock control and operating a counterbalance FLT. The candidate will ideally hold a valid FLT certificate.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail will ensure stock levels are always accurate.
• Proactive: Take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Safety-Conscious: Understand and adhere to health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Reliable: Punctuality and dependability are key to maintaining smooth operations.
