Job Description - Store Manager

Store Manager

Location: Seaham, Durham
Contract: Fixed-Term (until February 2026 – potential to be extend further)
Hours: Full-time, including weekends
Salary: £32,395.50 per annum

Step into leadership with one of the UK’s most respected luxury retail brands. We are seeking a confident, experienced, and commercially minded Store Manager to lead the team in Seaham. This is a fantastic opportunity to represented a successful brand, guide a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with luxury retail standards.

As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development. If you thrive in a premium retail environment and have a passion for people, product, and performance, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including administration and banking
  • Lead and motivate the team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complex queries with professionalism
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Ensure all visual merchandising and product presentation meets brand guidelines
  • Liaise regularly with HR, senior leadership, and other departments
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a retail environment (essential)
  • Strong knowledge or experience within luxury or premium retail (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead a team to success through KPIs and sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of style, service, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in homeware or cookware retail is a bonus.
