Stores Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable PART TIME and detail-oriented Temporary Storeperson to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to support production and customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries and materials.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and update inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

• Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stores environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
