Strategic Change Comms Lead

My client in Essex is looking to appoint a talented Strategic Change Comms Lead on a Contract basis.

The successful candidate will work with Strategic Change Programme workstream delivery teams and senior responsible officers to develop and deliver detailed communication and engagement plans that are synchronised with project plans.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £300 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Essex (Hybrid):

• To develop and deliver a programme of cultural change to support the transformation of the Council
• To plan, deliver and monitor effective external and internal communications and engagement to key audiences involved in the Strategic Change programme
• Deliver effective change communications that informs external and internal stakeholders
• Monitor the impact of change communications and engagement and to take the necessary action to deliver or exceed planned improvements

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of cultural and behavioural change best practice and how this is supported through service user
• Internal Communications or Change Communications qualification (Desirable)
• Local Authority experience is essential
