• Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with department heads to optimise the allocation of financial resources.

Profile

A successful Strategic Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIPFA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience working within a Local Authority or a comparable environment.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
