Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Berkshire for Strategic Finance Manager to join the team on a temporary basis. The postholder will lead the Council’s Treasury Management and Capital Strategy functions, including development and coordination of the capital programme. The postholder will shape the service area’s direction, develop medium-term financial plans, and foster continuous improvement.

CandidateCriteria

• Qualified CCAB/CIMA Accountant with extensive experience
• Experience of capital and treasury finance within a Local Authority
• Experience of leading on financial strategy and managing a team
• Great communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
