We're seeking an experienced Strategic Property Surveyor to join a dynamic Corporate Property Team. This key role involves developing and implementing corporate property strategies, leading major projects, and providing expert advice across council departments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate property management, delivering complex property projects and handling diverse property transactions such as rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals.

You'll be skilled in preparing Cabinet reports, policies, and strategies, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive best practices in public sector property management. Adaptability, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful property solutions are essential to thrive in this role.

• Support the development and implementation of the Corporate Property Strategy, providing expert property advice across the organisation.
