Strategic SEND & Inclusion Lead needed in Crewe Paying £43.43 per hr ref 5272888

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We’re looking for an experienced leader to drive strategic direction for SEND and inclusion services. This role oversees statutory SEND assessments, Educational Psychology, and specialist services including autism support, sensory services, and behaviour support.

  Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the SEND strategy and Local Offer.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely EHCPs and statutory compliance.
  • Oversee the Delivering Better Value (DBV) programme to embed transformational change.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on outcomes for SEND and vulnerable children.
  • Champion co-production with families, children, and young people.
  • Lead preparation for SEND inspections and demonstrate system-wide impact.
  • Promote a unified vision for inclusion across services and partnerships.
  • Build strong links between children’s and adult services to ensure joined-up delivery.
