Certain Advantage is hiring for Stress Engineers – Gas Turbines based in the Derby area.
This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

The Role:
This role is for a Stress Engineer-Gas Turbines—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Stress analysis on development projects
• Compliance with aerospace industry standards
• Contribution to innovating in New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes

The Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:

• Stress and Lifting (fatigue, damage tolerance/ fracture mechanics).
• Rotor dynamics
• Development rig analysis and integration.
• Preparation and review of certification reports.
• Performing design calculation
