Structured Cabling Engineer Contract - Manchester City Centre

Structured cabling engineer for data cabling installation, basket/tray containment installation, and wireless access point installation

Start: Wednesday 4th June 2025

• 3 days work
• 8 hour day shifts
• Weekly pay each Friday
• CIS/LTD options
• Team of 2 required. Established teams or individuals are equally encouraged to apply.
• 1 x SSSTS qualification required within the team.

The engineers on this data cabling project will be mounting APs, containment (basket/tray), and data cabling within a retail environment.

The ideal candidates will:

• Have their own hand/termination tools and drill(s) - SDS and 25-35mm drill bits will be needed for this job scope
• Hold CSCS/ECS - ECS with relevant trade accreditation, e.g. cabling installer, network engineer, network infrastructure, datacomms, is prefered
• Hold at least 1 x SSSTS certificate (supervisory) within a team of 2
