Are you passionate aboutt student success and personal development? A well-known school in Cambridge has an exciting opportunity for an Interim Student Development Manager to join their Student Services team on a full-time basis.

As Student Development Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the student experience, ensuring learners thrive both academically and personally.

About the Role:

Based across our Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses, you will:

? Lead and implement the college's personal development programme for students, adult learners, and apprentices.
? Develop engaging materials for tutors and teachers, covering student voice programmes, enrichment activities, and events linked to national and local priorities.
? Manage and support teams responsible for pastoral care, enrichment, and learning resources.
? Ensure a high-quality service that empowers students to achieve success and progress into their next steps beyond college.

About You:
