Job Description - Student Experience Advisor

Temporary Student Experience Advisor
Location : Leicester
Salary : £12.90 p/h
Hours : 37.5
Working Hours : 7am to 3pm / 2pm to 10pm (Weekly rotation)
Start Date : 07th July 2025
Duration : 2 months

Are you a friendly, organised individual looking for a rewarding role in a vibrant student community ? We are currently recruiting a Temporary Student Experience Advisor to join our team in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and Greeting Students Face to Face
  • Inspection of rooms, visiting rooms
  • Supporting with light cleaning
  • Assisting to resolve any student issues / concerns
  • Supporting check-in and check-out processes

Please Note : The successful candidate must be available to work occasional weekends when necessary, with a day off provided during the week.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
