Student Facilities Assistant
Location: Cardiff (CF10 + CF24)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm (1 week rotational)
Includes 1 weekend in every 3 (with 2 weekdays off during that week)
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour
Role Type: Temporary, full-Time until September with a possible extension.

Our client based in Central Cardiff is looking for an Student Facilities Assistant for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment. Working as part of a busy team you will have good attention to detail and take pride in delivering an exceptional living experience for their residents.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing friendly, day-to-day support to students living in our accommodation
Sorting and managing mail and parcels for delivery
Responding to student queries and resolving any issues promptly
Carrying out regular safety and welfare checks around the building
Supporting with check-ins and check-outs
Cleaning duties during checkouts.
Completing admin tasks such as emails, letters, and updating booking systems
